What’s Next!: Introducing SnapStrat
Today we launched SnapStrat. SnapStrat is for companies struggling with strategic decision-making, providing tailored applications that focus on a specific decision, not just the data, to create effective and repeatable outcomes.
Strategic decision-making is increasingly important. Rapidly evolving technology, more competition and customer demands are accelerating the need to quickly and effectively respond in today’s business environment. But decision-making is hard, involving multiple stakeholders and functions, competing priorities and often lacking a defined process. Added to that, the stakes are high. Strategic decisions have a huge impact on a variety of metrics; return on capital, customer retention, inventory levels, margin, market share and more. We don’t force you to adopt an expensive data model, we leverage your existing data to make the decision and our platform grows with you as data needs and availability changes.

In order to make their businesses “scalable” most software providers are technologists focused on getting you to buy their software product and nothing else. If you need help you have to rely on third parties who may have limited familiarity with the product or your business.

We don’t just deliver a product, we also provide the support to make that product work for you – your team, your data, your culture – for as long as you are a SnapStrat customer. We don’t define your strategy though we are happy to work with our or your consulting partners to ensure the SnapStrat tool aligns to a well-formed strategy. What we will do is help you define the workflow, criteria and data around the specific decision to support the strategy.
